SIMEST, a company focused on the internationalization of enterprises under the Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Group, has made a critical investment of €5 million to enhance the U.S. presence of Lux Entertainment S.p.A. This prominent player in the entertainment and experiential art sector, headquartered in Rome, already operates branches in both America and Asia.
The investment comprises €2.5 million from SIMEST’s own resources and an additional €2.5 million from the 394/81 Fund, managed for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. This funding will support a capital increase for Lux America Inc., the American subsidiary of the Italian group.
