Signature Aviation, recognized as the world’s largest network of fixed-base operators (FBOs), has officially acquired the TAC Air division from TAC – The Arnold Companies. This acquisition involves the rebranding of 14 TAC Air locations to integrate into the Signature network, significantly enhancing the company’s footprint in the aviation sector.
The deal allows Signature Aviation to establish a presence in 11 new markets across the United States, particularly in strategic areas including Salt Lake City, Utah; Lexington, Kentucky; Buffalo, New York; and Knoxville, Tennessee. Additionally, this acquisition expands Signature’s operations at existing locations such as Denver Centennial Airport in Colorado and Dallas Love Field in Texas by adding additional FBO terminals at these sites. Furthermore, Signature will take over ownership of the TAC Private Hangars complex located at Scottsdale Airport, Arizona.
