The acquisition targets include EMOS Technology GmbH, InnoView GmbH, ILO electronic GmbH, and Micon GmbH, collectively known as the Endoskopie-Gruppe. RSM Ebner Stolz conducted extensive Financial and Tax Due Diligence to facilitate this investment, and assisted in structuring and contracting processes.
The Endoskopie-Gruppe specializes in the development and production of high-quality, reusable flexible, rigid, and semi-flexible endoscopes, along with video and lighting systems and insufflators. Their innovative products support various minimally invasive procedures and diagnostics across several medical fields, including ENT, urology, gynecology, orthopedics, laparoscopy, bronchoscopy, and veterinary medicine. All key value creation steps, from optics manufacturing to final assembly, are executed at state-of-the-art facilities in Germany.
