With this move, Seyfor will become the sole owner of a company that operates nearly 30,000 devices across multiple markets.
Founded with a vision to consolidate the cash register market in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, Seyfor’s investment journey began in 2019 with the acquisition of a 24% stake, subsequently raised to 58% within the same year. They took additional strategic measures, including acquiring Smart Software, a key player in the SmartPOS retail solutions, and integrating Dotypay, enhancing Dotykačka’s service offerings.
