This strategic acquisition expands Sequotech's portfolio to six companies, including dbi services, UDITIS, exxo it-services, avency, EVOK, and now sumIT, marking a significant milestone in Sequotech's growth strategy that commenced with the investment from Verium, a multi-family office based in Zurich, in November 2020. Both Holger Friedrich (CEO) and Natividad Moreno (Deputy CEO) will continue in their roles and also join Sequotech's leadership team.
