Aeolus SAS, a company focused on renewable energy initiatives, has entered into a strategic partnership with Scatec ASA, a prominent renewable energy provider based in Oslo, Norway. This partnership aims to develop and co-own renewable energy projects in Tunisia. Notably, this collaboration marks the initiation of Aeolus's involvement in renewable energy projects, as well as that of the Toyota Tsusho Group within the Tunisian market.

The first projects under this partnership include the Sidi Bouzid and Tozeur solar projects, boasting capacities of 50 MW and 60 MWp respectively.
