Resonance Community Developers (RCD) is a community asset fund dedicated to empowering local community groups and leaders by fostering sustainable community ownership. Since its establishment, RCD has successfully raised £12.3 million, which is allocated to bolster neighborhood assets that address specific local needs across England.

The fund was initially launched in 2019 with £5 million from Better Society Capital and £2.8 million from Access - the Foundation for Social Investment. An additional £3 million investment from the Ministry of Housing, Communities, and Local Government (MHCLG) has further strengthened its financial position, enabling significant contributions towards affordable housing and empowerment initiatives.
