Information on the Target
Elo Energie, formerly known as CTEAM France, has rapidly evolved since gaining independence in 2015 after over a decade as a development partner in France for the German group CTEAM. Under the leadership of Franck Gillier, the company has established itself as a specialist in the design and construction of very high voltage electrical substations, along with studies and expertise related to high voltage lines. With a workforce nearing 100 employees, Elo Energie operates throughout metropolitan France from its offices in Nantes and Lyon, serving around thirty clients.
The company achieved nearly €19 million in revenue in 2025, benefiting from a burgeoning market driven by the increasing integration of renewable energy sources into the energy mix, the installation of storage batteries, and the decarbonization of heavy industries which require significant adjustments to the electrical grid. Elo Energie holds esteemed certifications such as MASE and is recognized for its technical expertise, responsiveness, and tailored services, making it the only SME authorized by RTE to operate on network substations.
