The company has recently agreed to acquire the Business Services division of BDO in Norway, which is being carved out into a newly formed entity. This acquisition is a pivotal step following Rantalainen’s entry into the Norwegian market in 2024 through the purchase of Value Group.
With the inclusion of Business Services, one of Norway's foremost providers of accounting, payroll, and related technological services, Rantalainen bolsters its market presence. Business Services will function as an independent platform within Rantalainen, ensuring that existing clients and employees experience continuity.
