PT Bahana Artha Ventura (BAV) has officially signed a share transfer agreement for the Bali Kerthi Development Fund (BDF) to PT Jamkrida Bali Mandala (JBM). Previously known as PT Sarana Bali Ventura, BDF is an affiliate company of BAV operating in the Bali province. This strategic transfer signifies a commitment to enhancing economic growth in Bali by increasing investment through the incorporation of new investors.
Agus Wicaksono, the CEO of BAV, emphasized that transferring BDF shares to JBM, a regional state-owned enterprise, aligns with the goals set by the Ministry of National Development Planning and the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas). This initiative is aimed at supporting regional economic development to stimulate the influx of investment and foster infrastructure improvements in Bali.
