PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF) is a prominent player in Indonesia's aviation sector, providing essential maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services. Recently, GMF signed a pivotal land capital injection agreement with PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia (API), allowing GMF to enhance its capital structure and solidify its operational foundation. The agreement entails a non-cash capital contribution of land, which spans 972,123 square meters within the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport complex, valued at IDR 5,664,912,000,000.

This deed was executed by Mohammad R. Pahlevi, President Director of API, and Andi Fahrurrozi, CEO of GMF. All necessary approvals from relevant ministries, government institutions, and stakeholders have been obtained in accordance with legal requirements and good corporate governance practices. The signing officially acknowledges API as a shareholder of GMF, transferring land control and facilitating asset recording on GMF's balance sheet.
