Target Information
Potentia Renewables Inc. (Potentia), a prominent integrated developer and operator of Power Sustainable Energy Infrastructure Inc. (PSEI), has successfully acquired Big Sky Wind, a 240 MW wind energy facility situated across Bureau and Lee Counties in Illinois. This facility was originally commissioned in 2012 and has recently undergone significant repowering efforts that were executed by Vitol, a leading energy and commodities company, in late 2022.
