Target Information
Pinnacle Investment Management Group Limited, headquartered in Sydney and listed on the ASX under the code PNI, has entered into an agreement with Advantage Partners Group (AP Group) whereby Pinnacle will acquire a 5% stake in Advantage Partners Pte. Ltd. (APSG), the holding company of AP Group, with an option to increase its stake to a maximum of 13% in the future. The closing of this transaction is anticipated to be completed by the end of January 2026.
By becoming a strategic shareholder, Pinnacle aims to facilitate the succession planning of AP Group from a shareholder perspective. This agreement is designed to further strengthen AP Group’s position as an independent investment platform led by founders and employees while enhancing access to global institutional investors.
