Patoka Capital LLC, a private investment firm based in Southern Indiana, has partnered with Xscape Theatres to announce the groundbreaking and construction of a new Xscape Movie Theatre in Jeffersonville, Indiana. This location, situated at 2800 Gottbrath Parkway, will be the second Xscape Theatre in the region, enhancing the entertainment landscape following the opening of the Xscape Blankenbaker 16 in Louisville, Kentucky in October 2015.

The new theatre will feature a state-of-the-art design that includes 12 screens, with two designated as 'Xtreme Screens' measuring 70 feet wide, and will utilize advanced 4K digital projection alongside a cutting-edge wall-to-ceiling Dolby ATMOS immersive sound system. The facility will accommodate approximately 1,500 stadium-style, plush electric reclining leather seats, along with a spacious lobby of 2,515 square feet, and will have ample parking with around 500 spaces available.
