This transaction represents a significant step in the Buy-and-Build strategy under the newly established 1Q Health Group, following the acquisition of ABJ alive GmbH in March 2024.

The deal builds upon the previous acquisition of ABJ alive, where NETWORK also served as the exclusive Debt Advisor.
