Following this agreement, Softforay will be rebranded as NMS Consulting (Turkey) Inc., with Aykut Çakır appointed as the President and Partner of NMS Consulting in Turkey. Mr. Çakır brings extensive experience, having held senior management positions at international companies such as Procter & Gamble, Roche Pharmaceuticals, and Deere & Company across various regions including the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Turkey.

Professionally, after returning to Turkey, Mr. Çakır became a co-founder of Softeconomics and its subsidiary Softforay.
