Lantania Aguas specializes in desalination, water treatment, and purification projects. Following the acquisition, the company will be rebranded as Lantania NMDC Water and will continue to operate under the current management team. The completion of this acquisition is subject to regulatory approval.
The acquisition aims to leverage Lantania Aguas’ extensive project backlog, which currently exceeds AED 2 billion across various countries. This strategic move marks NMDC’s entry into the European market, aiming to enhance its footprint in the water and wastewater EPC sectors.
