NES Global Talent has acquired Energy People, a leading energy consultancy in Norway, to strengthen its market position and enhance its service offerings in the region.

Energy People, founded in late 2011, is a prominent provider of consultancy, advisory, and manpower solutions tailored specifically for the energy sector in Norway. The firm specializes in delivering engineering and project management expertise to operator and contractor companies engaged in both onshore and offshore projects. With a recruitment team boasting over 75 years of collective experience, Energy People excels in matching qualified engineers with roles within the Norwegian Continental Shelf. In 2013, the company reported revenues of NOK 229 million.

This acquisition marks NES Global Talent’s second investment in Norway, following its earlier acquisition of RC Consultants (RCC) this year. The strategic purchase is aimed at enhancing NES Global Talent’s market presence in the region. Following the acquisition, both Energy People and RCC will undergo rebranding to operate under the NES Global Talent name.
