The Natland investment group has recently acquired land adjacent to the newly renovated main train station in Kladno, Czech Republic, and is the owner of the Stromovka Kladno development project. This ambitious project is set to transform the area into a new urban quarter spanning over 52,000 square meters, which will feature the construction of more than 600 residential units along with commercial spaces. Positioned strategically near a transport hub, the development aims to emerge as a key center of the city.
In addition to residential buildings, the project is conceptualized to include a small square and essential amenities such as restaurants, shops, cafes, and a kindergarten, all within a walking distance of green spaces.
