Mutares has entered into an agreement to acquire Kawneer EU, the European subsidiary of Arconic specializing in aluminium architectural window and façade systems. The acquisition is anticipated to conclude in the fourth quarter of 2025, pending regulatory approval. Kawneer EU operates across the Netherlands, France, and the UK, catering to over 450 clients from four production facilities. With a diverse portfolio that includes windows, doors, sliders, curtain walls, and framing systems for both residential and commercial applications, the company boasts a workforce of more than 400 employees and generates annual revenues of approximately €125 million.
