This ambitious project aims to transform the northern side of the island, which is the last undeveloped land parcel, into a vibrant mixed-use environment featuring a total of 1.5 million square meters of new space allocated for offices, residences, retail outlets, and hospitality services. The expansion is poised to blend commerce with community, further enhancing Al Maryah Island's reputation as a premier business and lifestyle destination.
This development not only aims to double the existing Grade A office space but also to elevate the island’s existing offerings, including luxury residences, retail, dining experiences, and leisure amenities.
