Moonfare, a private equity platform and asset management company, has announced its co-investment alongside an investor consortium led by the international investment organization EQT in Nord Anglia Education. Renowned globally for its commitment to international private education, Nord Anglia operates over 80 schools across 37 countries, catering to more than 90,000 students. Established in 1972, the organization is recognized for its partnerships with prestigious institutions such as MIT, UNICEF, The Juilliard School, and IMG Academy.

EQT has been an investor in Nord Anglia Education since 2008, intensifying its investment in 2017 when CPP Investments joined the capital structure. In 2025, EQT spearheaded a new consortium of leading institutional investors, including Neuberger Berman Private Markets, CPP Investments, Corporación Financiera Alba, Dubai Holding Investments, Mubadala, and a group of distinguished financial asset managers. This consortium collectively acquired Nord Anglia, which was valued at $14.5 billion.
