Mikrona Group AG has successfully acquired FTC Frey Trading & Consulting Sàrl, along with its associated training platform MyDentalExpert Sàrl. FTC Dental, renowned for its specialization in endodontics, offers a wide array of high-quality dental products, including shaping instruments, bioceramic materials, and dental microscopes. Over its nearly two-decade existence, FTC has also garnered recognition for its practical training options provided in various formats, catering to the diverse needs of dental professionals.

The acquisition was finalized in Baar, Switzerland, where FTC Dental operates from its headquarters in Crans-près-Céligny. Founder Bernhard Frey, a recognized authority in root canal treatment and dental preservation, will maintain a stake in the company and continue to serve as Managing Director. The cooperation aims to enhance the educational resources available to dental practitioners while leveraging the capabilities of both firms.
