(AS Budapest) following approval from the Hungarian Competition Authority. This collaboration is set to create new opportunities to enhance service offerings for a wider range of customers and partners.

As part of the agreement, AS Budapest will transfer its ground handling and cargo operations to Menzies Aviation while acquiring a minority stake in both Menzies Aviation Hungary Kft. and Menzies Aviation Cargo Hungary Kft.
