LongueVue Capital Partners II, LP has successfully completed its investment in Jackson Offshore Holdings, LLC, a prominent owner and operator of supply vessels that provide critical marine transportation services to the offshore oil and gas sector in the Gulf of Mexico. This investment was executed through a combination of common equity and subordinated debt, marking the third phase of LVC's investment since its initial commitment in October 2012.
Founded in 2011, Jackson Offshore Holdings operates two Fast Crew/Supply Vessels (FCSVs) that have served in the Gulf of Mexico for three years. The company has secured Letters of Agreement with two major oil and gas firms for the charter of four new Generation Platform Supply Vessels (PSVs) for multiple years post-delivery. The funds from LVC's investment, alongside additional financing, will aid in constructing these PSVs, which are expected to become operational later this year.
