LL Intressenter AB, the holding company of the Brio Lek&Lär group, has successfully acquired all shares in Printel and Rabo, along with the Isku/Sundo business segment focused on educational supplies within Sweden. This strategic acquisition strengthens Brio Lek&Lär's market leadership in distributing educational materials to pre-schools and schools across the Nordic region. With the consolidated group projected to achieve sales of approximately 800 MSEK in 2005, it boasts operations in key Nordic markets including Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.

The Brio Lek&Lär group is recognized as the predominant supplier of furniture, toys, stationery, and craft products to pre-schools and schools in the Nordic region. Following the acquisition, sales figures will reflect new benchmarks: Brio Lek & Lär AB with about 350 MSEK, Printel contributing 40 million euros, Rabo with 70 million DKK, and Isku/Sundo operations generating around 30 MSEK. Collectively, these acquisitions will more than double the group's revenue.
