Leader Print Group, an emerging leader in the large-format digital printing sector, has acquired its Lyon-based counterpart, Sitep, enhancing its operational capacity and geographic footprint. Founded in 1962, Sitep specializes in printing communication materials for institutional and event-related purposes, as well as offering commercial vehicle and point-of-sale branding solutions. The company employs 22 skilled professionals and generated a revenue of €4 million last year, achieving an impressive EBITDA margin of 20%.
The acquisition of Sitep has been facilitated by Odyssée Venture, which owns a 37% stake in Leader Print Group since last year. With the founder of Sitep, Philippe Duymedjian, stepping down from the company following the acquisition, Emmanuel Denis, the majority shareholder and president of Leader Print Group, will take on the operational leadership of Sitep. Further investments are anticipated at the production site to accommodate the anticipated growth from increased order volumes.
