KPA Pension, part of the Folksam Group, has acquired residential properties from CBRE Investment Management in Sigtuna and Lund. The properties consist of 212 apartments located in Sigtuna and 169 apartments in Lund, all situated in areas with excellent transportation links and proximity to nature.
The properties, known as Pomologen 1, Solstrålen 1, and Orienteraren 1 in Sigtuna, along with Solkatten 1 in Brunnshög, Lund, feature a total rental area of approximately 18,050 square meters. They are certified by the Svanen environmental standard and have been developed with a strong emphasis on sustainability. The integration of these properties into the portfolio will enhance efforts to achieve high sustainability performance, contributing to established climate goals.
