Target Information
The Soluware GmbH, based in Ravensburg, has become a part of kessler systems GmbH, located in Ostrach, as of early November. In conjunction with this acquisition, the Ravensburger Schulz Group has also acquired shares in kessler systems GmbH, establishing itself as an official partner of the company. Following the transaction, Amelie Schulz and Marc Kessler will jointly lead Soluware as managing directors.
This restructuring aims to foster a robust, forward-looking partnership among Soluware, kessler systems, and the Schulz Group. Collectively, these companies will leverage their expertise in design, software and hardware development, prototyping, as well as manufacturing electronic components and devices, to deliver seamless solutions and concepts that guide clients from the development phase to serial production.
