Ipsum Group, a specialist provider of engineering solutions, has successfully completed its third acquisition via KBS Corporate in just 16 months. The latest addition to its portfolio is Parco, which includes Parco Civil Engineering & Groundworks and its subsidiary, Parco EV Solutions. Based in Fareham, Hampshire, Parco has established itself since its incorporation in 2018, with its EV division formed three years later. The company specializes in bespoke EV charging point solutions that encompass design, surveying, installation, connection, and ongoing maintenance.
Parco's operations are supported by proprietary back-office software, enabling customers to maintain comprehensive control and gain valuable insights for efficient management of their EV charging services. This acquisition will significantly enhance Ipsum’s existing EV services, allowing for a more integrated, in-house approach to delivering complete solutions from design, civil engineering, to installation and maintenance.
