InfraRed Capital Partners has successfully completed the sale of its investment in Celsus Holding Pty Ltd, which operates the Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH) Public-Private Partnership (PPP). The RAH is considered South Australia’s flagship healthcare institution, notable for being one of the most technologically advanced hospitals in Australia. Since its operational commencement in 2017, it has been integral in providing a comprehensive range of medical services to a vast number of patients; serving approximately 85,000 inpatients and 400,000 outpatients each year across its 800-bed facility.

This state-of-the-art hospital, built under a 35-year PPP agreement with the South Australian Government, is managed by SA Health. InfraRed played an essential role in the development and construction phases of the RAH, applying its extensive experience in healthcare and infrastructure management.
