In July 2023, IMB Partners (IMB) and eTelligent Group (eTel) officially established a partnership that had been in the works for several months, if not years. The journey began when IMB Partners first identified a confidential government contracting business in early 2022. Following several months of careful observation, IMB was delighted to engage further when the company became available on the market.
eTelligent Group Overview
As eTel approached the latter half of 2022, it was at a pivotal juncture. The company had experienced significant growth, with its business doubling over the previous two years. To capitalize on this momentum and meet the impending opportunities, eTel’s leadership recognized the need to scale operations at a much faster rate than their current capabilities allowed. Co-CEO Rohit Aggarwal stressed that what was needed was not for someone to take over management but for a partner who could provide the requisite support and investment to facilitate this growth.
