IDIA Capital Investissement, through its fund Crédit Agricole Régions Développement, alongside SOCADIF, supports the Groupe EIF in its LBO Ter transaction. This minority operation aims to enhance the territorial reach of the Groupe both in France and internationally, while also refinancing existing debt and initiating managerial transitions.
The Groupe EIF has been a prominent player in operational performance consultancy for over 65 years, operating through multiple subsidiaries—EIF Expertise, EIF Innovation, Atax Consultants, and Forecast Consulting. From 2021 to 2024, the group has tripled its revenue, reinforcing its leadership in historical sector expertise such as local taxation and urban planning consulting for private and social landlords, financing investments and innovation for real estate actors, industrial SMEs, and public and semi-public entities in Belgium.
