Target Information
Integrated Diagnostic Services (IDS) has recently strengthened its operational network with the acquisition of Core Analytics Lab & Radiology (Core), a prominent provider of mobile radiology and laboratory services across California. Founded in 2016, Core has built a reputation for delivering high-quality mobile diagnostics to more than 300 facilities statewide. This acquisition not only extends IDS’ geographical footprint into Northern California but also enhances the service spectrum by integrating mobile laboratory diagnostics, allowing for a more comprehensive approach to healthcare delivery.
By combining resources with Core, IDS will now service over 440 facilities, catering to skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), long-term care facilities (LTCFs), and home health and hospice providers. This initiative underscores the commitment to delivering timely, cost-effective care directly at the point of need, thereby enhancing the overall patient care experience.
