The Groupe Office Automation ("GOA") is a leading French provider of professional office equipment and software solutions tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-sized companies. GOA offers a comprehensive range of hardware coupled with maintenance services and specializes in digitization software, including the Eukles, Zeendoc, and Therefore solutions, as well as cybersecurity software from ManageEngine following its acquisition of PG Software in December 2024. With a strong presence in France, GOA also distributes its solutions across Europe, North Africa, and sub-Saharan Africa, currently generating approximately €60 million in revenue.
On the other hand, the group Bluemega ("BM") is based in the Île-de-France region and specializes in the software Kpax, a leading solution in France for managing print fleets, consumables, and counters, supported by a network of resellers operating in 68 countries. Additionally, BM is the top distributor in France of Papercut, a print management software that helps businesses implement printing policies while ensuring secure printing experiences. Collectively, BM and its distribution arm generate around €8 million in revenue with a workforce of 30 employees.
