AD-CA, founded in 2001 by Wilfried Berson and Dominique Menard, has established itself as the leading French company in the design and production of technical kits for the construction industry. Based in Deux-Sèvres, AD-CA specializes in three main product lines: the electrical kit, which includes all components for an electrical installation; the plumbing heating kit, which comprises the entire heating system of a new house; and the plumbing sanitation kit, covering all plumbing installations for individual homes. The company has achieved remarkable growth over 15 years, producing nearly 20,000 electrical and hydraulic kits annually, with an expected revenue of approximately €10 million this year, primarily serving major players in the modular construction sector and builders of individual homes.

With the acquisition of AD-CA, the IPELEC Group anticipates achieving a turnover exceeding €50 million this year. The integration is set to bolster IPELEC’s market leadership and expand its service offerings in a rapidly evolving construction landscape.
