GDA Impact, an Italian impact investing program backed by the Fondazione Social Venture Giordano Dell’Amore (FSVGDA) and the Fondazione Cariplo, has announced a €500,000 investment in Phitrust Partenaires Inclusion SAS (PPI). Launched at the end of 2023 with the support of the European Investment Fund (EIF) through the InvestEU program, PPI is a French fund aimed at financing socially-oriented enterprises across Europe.
This investment represents GDA Impact's first indirect commitment to a European fund, adhering to its 'impact first' strategy which emphasizes long-term investments at manageable costs for beneficiaries, contingent upon the achievement of measurable social impact goals.
