FVS Sgr S.p.A., fully owned by the regional financial institution Veneto Sviluppo, has acquired approximately 25% of IQT Consulting Group SpA in Rovigo through the "Fondo Sviluppo PMI 2." This group specializes in engineering and architecture services for infrastructure networks in telecommunications, water, energy, and gas, catering to large multi-utilities and major real estate assets. With 11 offices, including 10 in Italy and one abroad, IQT employs around 450 people and plans to open additional locations to strengthen its national presence. IQT ranks among the top 30 operators in Italy's sector and is recognized as a leader in telecommunications and utilities, maintaining established relationships with major clients such as Telecom Italia, Vodafone, and Enel.

The transaction was achieved through a capital increase fully subscribed by FVS to support IQT's ambitious industrial plan, which targets significant growth over the coming years.
