As Fredensborg ICE ehf. has surpassed the 30% acquisition threshold in Heimavellir, the company is obliged to make a public takeover offer to all shareholders of Heimavellir pursuant to Chapter X of the Securities Transactions Act. This offer will be at the same price as the aforementioned transaction and will be submitted within four weeks from the date of this announcement.
