This acquisition encompasses the entire business operations, the hospital building, land, and an additional land parcel for potential future expansion. Shrimann Hospital currently operates with a capacity of 228 beds, of which 191 are actively in use.

Established in 2018, Shrimann Superspeciality Hospital is accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) and provides essential medical services in key specialties such as Cardiac Sciences, Nephrology, General and Laparoscopic Surgery, Neuro Sciences, Oncology, and Gastroenterology. For the fiscal year 2024-25, the hospital is anticipated to generate revenue of INR 154 crores with an EBITDA of INR 36 crores.
