Ford is acquiring Auto Motive Power (AMP) to enhance its electric vehicle technology and infrastructure.

Founded in 2017, AMP claimed to power a significant number of the world's leading electric original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), although it has not publicly disclosed its customer base.
