The Rosum Project consists of two interconnected towers with a capacity of 470 parking spaces and features a sustainable roof terrace adorned with greenery. The office building BCT1 offers 17,650 m² of leasable area and houses major tenants like T-Systems, while the D48 office building includes retail, dining, and recreational spaces in a prime location of Warsaw, complete with LEED Gold Certification.
