The acquisition encompasses BGC's gypsum activities involved in the production of plasterboards, plasters, compounds, and cornices, as well as their fibre cement operations. Furthermore, the deal includes the automation of BGC’s plasterboard facility located in Perth, Western Australia, which spans 56,000 square meters, along with a comprehensive distribution network comprising nine warehouses throughout Australia and New Zealand.
