Cinnamon International S.à r.l., predominantly owned by the IK VII Fund (part of IK Partners), has successfully executed the sale of 22,641,829 ordinary shares in Netel Holding AB (publ). This transaction represents approximately 46.7 percent of the overall share capital and voting rights of Netel, valued at SEK 8.50 per share. Following the completion of this sale, IK Partners has divested its entire stake in Netel.
