Épopée Gestion, a territorial investment firm co-founded by Charles Cabillic and Ronan Le Moal, has successfully completed the acquisition of a commercial real estate property known as 'Turin.' This office building is located in Mérignac, on the outskirts of Bordeaux, and is strategically situated near the airport, providing easy access to public transportation. Turin was developed by Nexity and has received BREEAM certification at the 'Good' level, aligning with the environmental standards expected by the fund, which holds an ISR label.
The acquisition was made through Épopée Immo Rendement I, an OPCI (Organisme de Placement Collectif Immobilier) managed by Épopée Gestion. The newly constructed office complex, which was delivered in September 2022, houses several long-term tenants, including Flex-O, a national coworking brand; Adenes, a provider of expertise, consulting, audit, and accounting solutions; Aerospacelab, a firm operating in the aerospace sector; as well as the restaurant chain Eat Salad.
