This strategic acquisition propels Epassi's growth trajectory, enabling it to serve an expanding user base, nearly reaching 1.5 million customers, and enhances its competitive position within the dynamic employee benefit market.
By assimilating the operations of Sodexo in the Nordics and Eazybreak, Epassi not only increases its client count to close to 9,000 but also gains access to over 35,000 affiliated merchants. Collectively, these entities will generate a Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) approximating EUR 350 million, solidifying Epassi's status as a primary player in the sector.
