EK Group, through its subsidiary MB Technology, has announced the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Romana Elettrotecnica S.r.l., located in the province of Rome. Romana Elettrotecnica specializes in the production of low-voltage electrical panels. With a careful assessment of its strategy and commercial policy, coupled with a highly qualified team, the company has developed a know-how that has established it as a leader both nationally and internationally in its operating sectors.
This acquisition enables EK CONNECT, a division of EK Group, to strengthen its service portfolio and prepares the group to face future challenges. Romana Elettrotecnica will continue to operate with its existing staff at its facility in Ariccia (Rome) while gaining access to the technological resources and synergies offered by EK Group. This will allow for the expansion of service offerings and a more effective response to the evolving market demands.
