Ennismore and Banyan Tree Group have partnered with Dubai Holding to launch Banyan Tree Dubai, a luxury resort on Bluewaters, set to elevate Dubai's hospitality offerings.

Ennismore and Banyan Tree Group, both prominent players in the global hospitality sector and part of the Accor Group, have formalized a significant agreement with Dubai Holding to introduce a distinctive luxury lifestyle experience in Dubai. This multi-stage development project located on Bluewaters aims to create a landmark destination, commencing with the launch of Banyan Tree Dubai, projected for November 2023. The existing Caesars Palace Dubai will be transformed into Banyan Tree Dubai, aligning with the brand's reputation for luxury and high-quality services.

Banyan Tree Dubai is set to feature 179 rooms, comprising 30 suites and an exclusive four-bedroom villa, complete with private amenities such as a pool and beach access. A major focus of the resort will be its wellness offerings, including the renowned Banyan Tree Spa, which will include a dedicated reception, relaxation areas, fitness facilities, both indoor and outdoor yoga spaces, and hydrotherapy pools. In addition, the resort will house five uniquely curated restaurants and bars, designed through collaboration between Ennismore's Carte Blanched and Banyan Tree Group, ensuring a diverse culinary experience for guests.
