DNA Partners L.P. is pleased to announce its acquisition of SIC Biometrics, a leading provider of mobile biometric solutions founded in 1999. SIC Biometrics specializes in the design, manufacturing, and deployment of biometric technologies that are primarily used by law enforcement agencies including the FBI, US Marshals, USPS, border agents, and police departments worldwide for on-the-ground identification purposes.
After successfully leading SIC Biometrics for 25 years, founder and CEO Eric Talbot is joining forces with DNA Partners to accelerate the company's growth and plan a leadership transition over the next three years. Talbot will remain a shareholder and CEO during this transition period.
