The Groupe ASSADIA, founded in 2015, is a prominent player in the at-home childcare sector. Offering intelligent in-home childcare services such as after-school and daycare pickups, ASSADIA emphasizes the use of qualified caregivers and educational content, along with household cleaning services. The company operates 48 agencies across mainland France and overseas territories, assisting over 2,000 families and nearly 10,000 children each year.

In late 2017, ASSADIA’s founders, Didier Chataing and Pierre Vion-Lombard, opened the capital to Garibaldi Participations and UI Investissement to accelerate growth, particularly through external expansion and the acquisition of local agencies.
